Connection sucks tonight... but wanted to come in and say hi before I went to bed. Did a lot of work with the laundry and I only have 2 shirts and 2 pairs of pants I need to iron. I'll do that all tomorrow I think.

Okay....going to head off to TV land in a few and because so many of you are on in the mornings before me ....thought I would post this now 
ATTENTION!!
Time for the annual SPRING YAYA exchange (no we are NOT exchanging Yayas
). Hmmm....that's for another time.
Anyway....repeat of last year's Spring Basket Exchange.
Find a basket and fill it (and it may runneth over ) with goodies for a fellow Yaya sibling.
PM me to sign-up....and get me your address if I don't already have it.
I'll take names until Feb. 23. Names will go out that day.
Mail by date will be Mar. 17. (Easter is early this year....3-27). That should give everyone plenty of time to mail and have the packages arrive before that.
Once you send me a PM, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out and return to me. That will be sent to the person that receives your name to help them with some shopping Let's have the best turnout yet!!

Happy Valentine's Day, Ya Ya's!!!!
Had a nice weekend. Went to church, stopped at Party City with my SIL to get balloons for my FIL, then stopped at CompUSA with Junior to get something for my laptop, then went to my inlaws. My FIL was happy to be home and the boys were sooo excited to have Abuelo home!
Time to go wake the boys up.........will ketchup later!

Morning all....only have to work 1/2 day today. Taking 1/2 day vacation to spend with Cassie at her school Valentine's day party.
Just glanced through....not really caught up.
Everyone is getting an ipod but me
Although our tax money is going to our land/sea trip, guess it is worth giving up the ipod 
Had a terrific weekend. Spent Saturday evening with no kids....just DH and I out to dinner and a movie. Not sure of the last time we did that...probably 2 years ago. It was a trying time on our Lent dedication. Todd had to pass up soda twice and I had to pass on the popcorn with extra extra butter....neither would have cost since we had gift certicates, which made it even more difficult. Sunday our Associate Pastor gave everyone a hug and a kiss (chocolate kind of course). Todd and I both looked at him and said, we can't eat these. My church actually doesn't celebrate Lent, so he was a little confused until we told him that we did and what we had given up. He said to save them for later

Yes its true......Im still alive! Its been very busy around here with having 2 PTA fund raisers at Matthews school, getting Evan's speech eval, getting his glasses--finally! and trying to keep Connor from detroying everything he sees. Plus the added fun of defensive driving all thanks to the nice policeman who wanted to enhance my visit to the ER by having me part with even more money. I have been trying to read here some but must admit I have in no way been able to keep up, lol.

he HATES giving cards he says they aren't worth the $$ since they get thrown out...THEN, I showed him the box that has EVERY Single Card he has even given me...
