Lizzie, if you only have about 10 pounds to lose, Atkins might not be for you. I only have 10 too, and I have been stuck for months. (I've been doing Atkins for 3 months) Seems to work better the more weight you have to lose.

My 2 year old is already addicted to them. Of course he watches my 15 year old and 4 year old. We set up a controller for him and he hits all the buttons and thinks he's really playing with them.

who me? sleep? of course!! I slept from 2am to 8:30 this morning! And the only reason i woke up is someone was trying really hard to be quiet!

Im going to send George W after the pop up people now!! I do have a pop up blocker and my comp just hijacked anyway with one pop up after another

Liz, I could tell you a story about a friend of mine who took those fat burner pills but it isn't pretty. Nothing terrible happened becuase she sotpped using them quickly but it wasn't a pleasant experience for her. Just remember those pills are used to 'get the fat out quick' so imagine what your stomach and all would feel like... And so sorry you had so little sleep last night.
