I haven't been to a Denny's in forever!!! I'd guess though that you'd spend about $30-40 for two there if I remember the type of stuff the serve correctly.

Elaine, you have a porch swing? Oh, I would love a porch swing. I love the. I love sitting on the deck in the back for peace and quiet, but sometimes you want to see the action in front. I like watching the kids play ball, and all the neighbors come out and talk.

CS, I couldn't imagine it being more than $30 there, if that. I'd guess a burger and fries are about $8 each and then drinks so probably $20-30 for the two of you.

Yep Marilyn, I have a porch swing on our deck. I love it but it was looking awful. I didn't even want to sit on it because the paint is all cracked and ick. So I sanded it and painted it. I'm thinking of going to Garden Ridge to look for cushions

Actually Nancy, I took the swing inside and put it in a room in our basement. That way I didn't have to worry about the weather or the cats turning white from the paint I think next time though, I will just replace the swing all together.

I read about your porch swing. I've seen those on films - usually a dad waiting for his daughter to come home or someone sleeping on it! How far do they swing? Don't you hit the house?

Yummy, Denny's. I haven't been there in such a long time. Used to love to go there for breakfast.

They don't swing out very far at all Carol. I think it is about 2-3 feet away from the house and it has never hit in all the time I have used it. I guess on these we don't swing too far.

Honestly Marilyn, I have no idea. I saw some striped ones I really liked but they were green. As much as I love green I wanted blue to match the blue-gray house we have.

Beddy bye time for this girl. Sure hope I don't lay awake all night wondering what happened to my sweetie. I can't believe he's been reduced to a tiny little red x. I bet it's GP's fault. *Sniff* It's the saddest thing I've ever seen. Sigh...at least I still have his feet to look at.
