uh? I re-read this three times and I still have the same repsonse uh? And boy they are annoyed about something. I do not think by joing a board they are above there VMK values.

Players all agree to the same rules to play VMK. He would have the same rules as you and I.

it doesn't take rocket scientist to see that you could easily meet someone in vmk, catch up with them on a forum, and they could very well turn out to be some manson type and once you figured it out, it may very well be too late.

if i had children, and some type of above scenario happened to them, you can bet I'd sue the fudge out of vmk, disney, and make it publicly known of dangers that exsist.

I know staff agrees, it's why you don't see posts by "VMK_Mocha" or "VMK_Phinny" anywhere, they uphold the values where as others, these values apparently do not apply to them.

Please, Yavn, fix my gold mickey ears!!!!!
I've written to VMK about it over 30 times and have received no answer at all.
I've tried to talk to 4 different staff members about it, and have been totally in every way ignored. I bought the gold ears in the WDW for the sole purpose of having them in the VMK game and the card didn't work.

a manson type personality within vmk can be somewhat contained and monitored to the point of banishment, it's when they use an indirect medium of the game (which the game has created) like these forums and many others to prey on others and once again, no matter how you slice it, it would come down on vmk and disney.

keep in mind, manson is just a poor example of the devious intents of others.

like all of human history, the only way to learn something, is to experience it. I pray we never do learn what I'm talking about.

Tampa, I think the point you are missing is, you agree to the VMK values on VMK, not anywhere else. You agree to DISboard values when you sign up on DIS. The rules don't apply anywhere but the place you make the agreement.

So in no way is it a conflict.

I think its great that some of the staff are using the popular forums to see whats up with the gamers. We would still not know whats up with the ice cubes if they didnt for example.

It also shows they value what we are thinking, and that gamer input is being considered as they produce the game.
