Good Morning (almost afternoon) all!!!

Ugh, I hate working when my whole family is at home. :-( I guess I'll appreciate it come the holidays when I have extra time off though....

How was everyones weekends? I never left the house after getting home from work on Friday. It was heaven!!! I got a ton of laundry done and cleared out my piles of bills (2011 and 2012 needed to be sorted and filed). It is nice to have a clean area to start putting 2013 now.

We got our Federal taxes on Friday (woo hoo) so I need to figure out what goes where, LOL.

I need new window coverings for the whole house but have no idea where to start. We have always just done mix and match, a couple of windows at a time. But this time I want to throw it all out and start clean.
Any suggestions? Should I have someone come in and show samples/provide estimates, etc? I guess we can measure all the windows and go somewhere to order them, but I'm leaning towards letting someone else do all the work

I would let someone come in and explain all the reasons to pick a certain fabric, or shape based on the window type, if you need rain no stain, or sun blockers. etc....

Use them for what they offer, you might find out about new and different designs and functions.

We finished our taxes last weekend, and federal has already been placed in the checking account, State says I will get my refund before I get back from vacation....

Hi Jetski!

That sounds very productive. This was our weekend to go out so we did the Bands, Brew and BBQ at seaworld on Saturday. We ended up skipping Sunday at Busch tho because it was sooooooooo cold saturday and the temps continued. Bummer bcz I love Barenaked Ladies.

Taxes! Filed mine Friday and awaiting it now. Not sure what ours will go to... some put away for vacations and some for savings (or getting some stuff now like tires). Fun fun!

I am anxiously awaiting April 1 so I can book Disneyland (the villas)... we decided to go for a 1 bedroom as we are inviting a friend to join us.

What is sad is we both need tires. Mine are ok, but will be needed in the next year I think, the truck needs them right now!

(Luckily) we each only need 2 tires due to (unluckily) us each having had 2 flats and getting those replaced previously. Sigh!

You have been very productive. I can't help with window treatments, I am not good with that. I would have to hire someone.

Argh fighting with royal caribbean's site. So our cruise price dropped and fired off an email to my TA. 5 mins later I can't access that cruise and now the price is back up. grr

Gaaaaah it's supposed to snow on Saturday. Lets hope "Saturday afternoon" is truthful. I leave boston at 6 am with a 40 layover in Baltimore ( I'll wave Brandi!) then to Disney I go!

But now I'm super nervous again.
