Welcome Parties - Are they included in your total?

We are thinking of re-newing our vows at Disney World for our tenth anniversary. I have been doing a lot of research and will probably go with the custom ceremony on a Monday-Thursday night. I have seen a lot of people talk about welcome parties and we are wanting to have one of these (maybe with a fireworks cruise). Can anyone tell me if the cost of this party will count towards my minimum expenditure?

Unfortunately it doesn't. Only things that happen on the actual wedding day count towards the minimum expenditure.

Thanks for letting me know. I don't think I will have any problem with meeting my expenditure but it is nice to have all the info.
