welcome packet?

After closing in june on okw contract i was under the impretion that we would recieve a dvc welcome packet. is this true and if so what does it contain?

Other than a membership card, there isn't anything else. If you bought direct, there may have been a tote, but I don't think they give those any more.

We bought a resale contract earlier this year and we only received our membership cards.

We just closed at the end of July and about a week and a half later I received our membership cards one day and the a few days after that, the 2010 DVC book (I don't recall the name of it, but it is the one that has all of the DVC info, property info, and points.

I'm still waiting for Mickey to show up at our front door to say "Welcome Home"!

...I forgot to add, we purchased thru resale and it only took 2 or 3 days to get into the computer system.
