Welcome Pack

Hey everyone,
I booked our July 15th trip back in March, and I was wondering: do we get a welcome pack (with tickets etc) through the post, or do we get all that upon arrival?

All your tickets, park maps and information about your hotel are given to you when you check in.

For my most recent trip in March this year which l booked direct with DLRP l just had the letter of confirmation they sent me. Like Bexx said you get your park passes etc when you check in at your hotel.

Hi we got accommodation voucher, luggage tags(mickey mouse), VEA tickets and time table and leaflet on events of the season. we got park tickets, and maps when we arrived. you don't get any extras like if you book with TCS. no kids packs or anything.
