Welcome letter

Can someone please help me? I have seen the letters that are custom made with your kids names on them welcoming them to Disney. How do I go about requesting these. We are going Christmas Day. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Welcome to the DIS. I believe people just make them on their own computer at home. I think I might have seen them on Etsy, but it really is something you could do yourself. If I'm wrong hopefully someone else will chime in.
