We left zero degrees and 6" of snow this morning and arrived at OKW at 3:30 to 75 degree temps ! 
DME was great again - 45 minutes after walking off the plane, we were at OKW. Check in was easy, but our room was not yet ready. Our OwnersLocker was waiting at Bell Services and they let us know when we walked up.
After waiting 30 minutes, Paul at the Bell stand checked and got our room number and we were in the room by 4:15 - same building as our last trip.
The room is in good shape and we got 2 phone calls shortly after arrival - one from the Bell stand to make sure everything was in order and another from the Housekeeping staff to see if our villa was prepared adequately. We've never had a followup call from housekeeping before - but thought it was a nice touch.
Our OwnersLocker was just as we left it last trip and everything was fine - no spills or breakage. We are getting ready to head over to Epcot but do have one minor disappointment - our GardenGrocer delivery has not yet arrived. It was to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm and still has not arrived after 2 phone calls. While typing this, the driver just called and will be here within the hour - not stellar service - especially since no one bothered to call to let us know of the delay, but the value is still worth it even with the extra time.
We have a 2nd floor villa overlooking the golf course - and we can see building 20 across the fairway.
I hope to visit the sales center to ask some questions about AKV and other developments and hope to get some photos of whatever is going on at CR.
