Has anyone been to this recently? Is it worth it to go? What do they do there, it's our first time "home" and I would like to do this but there is also the Disney Floral experience around the same time. Which one would be better to do? Has anyone done the Floral Experience at Boardwalk or S. Springs? If so what did you make and if you have any pictures of what you made I would really loke to see them if you could post them please. Thank you. I appreciate any input, confused on what to do.

It's cute! Giveaways are given away at various points, Cracker Jacks and Lemonade are the snacks.

I think it was worth it for us because we got some neat logo items during it (I was chosen to play Trivia and my son won a trading pin for answering a question correctly also). I won't spoil the rest of the surprises!

Haven't had the pleasure of doing this yet, since our longest DVC stay so far has been Thursday to Sunday. We will finally be there on a Wednesday during our upcoming trip in August. We plan to try it out then and see what it is all about.

is this something new at BWV & SSR ? appropriate for kids, adults or both ?

I think it is OK. I've been twice during the past year and it just so happened that 1) I was staying at BWV and 2) my little kids were napping during this time so I left my DH behind and wend solo. Each time I thought "I dont know that I would plan this in my schedule or go out of my way to make it to this event"

If you have a busy schedule with a lot going on then I'd skip it. If you're having a more relaxed trip and want to try something new then go and make a night of it: maybe 4pm - 5pm WHW, grab dinner, walk the Boardwalk and watch it come to life as the day turns to night, walk over to Beach Club for their evening S'mores roast and movie on the beach.

At least thats what I would do if I weren't staying at BWV and didnt have a jam packed itenerary

If you are at BWV or BCV, definitely go to WHW. If you are at one of the other resorts, only you can decide if you want to take the time to get over there. We had a good time when we were there earlier this month. It's a game show format and there are some small prizes and snacks. Plus, there was a nice prize for everyone on the way out. A fun way to spend an hour.

Learn how to take regular flowers and design a Disney-themed keepsake arrangement during this one-hour class which takes place exclusively at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa Community Hall. Members receive a 10% discount on the $50 retail price. All ages are welcome (with adult supervision for ages 10 and under). Classes are offered on Wednesdays, 2:30 - 3:30 pm. Hi everyone, we went last week when we were here. It was a nice break from being out in the hot sun. I would suggest everyone who is a DVC Member to try this at least once. You get something to drink and some cracker jacks. You might be one of the 4 people picked to be on their "game show". You might even have your named drawn to win some cool prizes. It only lasts 30 minutes and at the end everyone gets something that says DVC on it. Other people have recieved baseball caps, we recieved mesh backpacks that say DVC on them.
