Yes, it's trying to make you feel like a valued customer. A couple of years ago, they let in DVC members to Blizzard Beach for fee in the afternoon, and had refreshments and a free water wallet. That's just good business. I know Wyndham doesn't do anything to make me feel good about my Wyndham ownership!
