A lovely start. At least by being at work I would have thought the day would have flown by till it was time to go to the airport and you saved a day's holiday to use somewhere else.

Well i am here now Mister,and raring to get going on your trippie.
I have never heard of a cab being early,i would have panicked if i was in your shoes finishing work,getting home+out the door again within an hour .

I don't like to waste any days off work as can fit in an extra holiday. I have even got Mark to pick me up from work and go straight from work. Can you not take a half day's leave. I did that a couple of weeks ago so we had a good evening at the airport, making the most of hotel.

I love the Sofitel hotel. looking forward to reading more

Hi Susan,

I could take half day but I would still have that feeling of trying to cram everything in while wanting to leave ASAP. All things considered I would much rather just have the whole day off.

I've just started reading this and, having read some of the comments up to now it sounds like you have something of a reputation for your TRs.
Looks like another day of productivity has just gone out the window (no wonder we're in a recession)
