Welcome email?

Does Universal normally send you an email welcoming you to the resort about a week or so before your stay?

Yes. I have received that from HRH, PBH and RPR.

Yep,.. just got mine for next week's portafino visit.. BUT didn't get one for this weekend's HRH visit.. so, go figure!! LOL!!

Yes, they do. We just received a "Welcome Home" email from Portofiono Bay as well.

I got a "Thanks for visiting" email from RPR. Only thing is, we're not there until next week. I made sure they still had our reservation, they were really good about getting back to me quickly to confirm it.
