Welcome Bags - Resort Delivery Tags

I know I've seen this somewhere, but of course I can't find it anywhere now...

For those of you that delivered your welcome bags to the resorts for them to give to your guests on check-in... what information did you put on the tag for the resort?

Obviously name and reservation number and arrival date... but anything else?

We used vistaprint (for almost everything) and it was great. I have a ton left over but they say Kelli and Mike on them... I used a scapel to poke a hole in the corner and used coordinating ribbon to affix them.

Some of the conceirge desks looked at me like I was crazy when I asked to have them given to our guests- I would let your guests know that they will be receiving something from you when check in and to ask if it's not already out.

Most of our guests are staying at the Contemporary... I'd hope that being a convention hotel they'd have the welcome bag process down.. but you never know. So I'll definitely alert my guests thanks for that tip!
