I really hope people weren't giving the guys a hard time with no show two weeks ago. The DIS is more consistent and offers more content than almost any other podcast out there. A lot of podcasts I listen to, it's always a guess as to whether they're gonna have a show ready for that week. And even when they do miss, the DIS always informs us. Missing a week or two because of technical difficulties is nothing.

I totally agree! It's amazing to me that the crew puts out as many shows as they do. (Not that I'm complaining!). I can't imagine grumbling over canceled shows or a brief hiatus!

I never saw anyone actually complaining/grumbling. There was disappointment, but not from frustration. Just from *missing* the show. The comments I read were all very good-natured and positive.

There is/was a thread that expressed our disappointment but in the end I think it was just a good way for us all to have a joke and stay connected without having a show to discuss.
Everything in that particular thread was good natured and jovial though.

I'll put this here since we don't usually have a weekly thread for the episode.
@safetymom This week y'all were talking about theming in Disney Attractions and brought up "Song of the South" and Splash Mountain. Do you think with the political issues with SC and the demanding of monuments to be taken down that Disney will eventually completely overhaul this ride and remove all traces of SotS from their brand?
I also had a comment about the 4 WWoS passes now being included and how Pete didn't understand why. More and more kids sports events are being held at WWoS and having passes would help cut some of the cost. I don't see it as being a huge benefit but maybe the attendance numbers of all these events is what prompted it?

Love the show, listen every week, and I ALWAYS stay out of the lakes!
