Take print outs of your confirmation numbers and such. You should be fine. In fact you can call your hotel directly 5 days out from your arrival to confirm that THEY have you in their system.
I've gotten the survey emails at odd times so I wouldn't worry too much.
Disney's computer system is really odd at times and it throws out marketing material in ways that make you scratch your head. We bought premiere annual passes last December (because we knew we would be going to DL twice and WDW one more time) in 12 month .
DD5 gets letters and marketing materials in the mail related to the annual pass events all the time, whereas DW and myself have NEVER gotten anything.
When we stayed at WDW in May of 2010, we had one survey email in our in box when we got home. Then another one came just from BLT about 3 months later.
