Weirdest Thing Seen or Heard @ WDW

I am partially responsible for one of the grossest things I have ever seen....and I would like to take this time to admit my embarrassing moment and offer an apology if the person I "assaulted" happens to be reading this!!

It was the end of May 1996....I was very pregnant with my daughter, and was waiting on the boat to Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately my breakfast didn't agree with me, and I projectile vomited all over an oriental gentleman in a tour group. I was mortified, he was humiliated, and because of the language barrier, I could not apologize appropriately.

As if that I wasn't enough, I encountered this gentleman in the park 8 sweltering hours later.....still wearing the same outfit. That would be the grossest thing I have ever smelled in a park.

If he happens to be reading this, 19 years later....I am sorry!!!!

FYI, the generally accepted term is Asian. We don't like to be called oriental anymore. And since tone doesn't really convey in the typewritten word, I am truly telling you this to be helpful so that you know for future reference. :flower3:

When the fireworks shot out of the castle after dream along with Mickey, the maybe 7 year old kid at the table next to me at Cosmic Rays started freaking out and yelling that the terrorists were coming for Cinderella. This was last year.

I have heard people on the monorail asking how to get to Disney World. (magic kingdom guys, it's called the magic kingdom!)

I saw a very adult oriented snow white one MNSSHP pushing a stroller. Stilettos and a tiny tutu. You could see cheekage. No idea how she got in.

I heard a woman next to me in line waiting for pooh try to ruin the magic when tigger stepped away for a birthday cake break by exclaiming that the "guy in the suit needed to go take a whiz". I very LOUDLY reminded her that there is only one tigger, and he needed some birthday cake and that was all.

I saw a kid just decide to relieve himself all over the floor in the bathroom in MK. On his pants. I felt bad for his mother, handed her has many paper towels as I could under the door.

Never a dull moment at WDW!

Three weeks ago at HS for SWW we saw a woman wearing LIGHT grey, skin tight leggings. It was hot, she was sweaty, I leave you to visualize the rest. The kicker is that there is NO WAY she didn't know how she looked, since she was with several people in her group. I can't figure out why she didn't buy something to change into.

Something that we saw last year that wasn't as weird as it was "what the h**"?! We passed the stroller parking for the safari in AK and it looked like a scene from The Birds...I couldn't believe how many people left food out on their strollers and they birds were having a field day!

This reminds me of when I was at Disneyland about 13 yrs ago. My girls were just getting tucked into bed when I heard the fireworks go off...I hollered for them to come and see through the window. They watched for a few minutes and right when they turned around to go back to bed and gentleman down the hall( it was at Red Roof Inn so we had outside halls) came stumbling out of his door stark naked looking around totally confused. He stood there a bit trying to figure out what was going on before he turned around and went back in. I can only imagine the questions my girls( 4 and 7 yrs )would have been asking.:rotfl2:

Sorry for this...honestly didn't consider it offensive. I will edit my post with the more widely accepted terminology. The vomit should be the offensive party in the post, not the writer!!:crazy2::jester:

This one time... I was in a restaurant and I was disgusted that others had the AUDACITY to EAT without blankets on their heads... .I mean ewwww. Have some shame that is public MASTICATION. I am always modest and carry a SIMPLE sheet I throw over my head while I chew.

All I am all for babies having the same social behavior etiquette as adults but really, the problem is the babies themselves. They are lazy, they sleep a too much, they are very noisy at times and don't know when it is appropriate to be quiet, they are really selfish and don't listen well. Can't even control the elimination of their waste.

They really need to get their act together.

Another thing that really irks me is seeing a one-year-old in an unmotorized scooter (I believe they call them "strollers" on this side of the Pond?).

I've seen you walk. I know you can walk. I don't want my ankles bloodied just because you're lazy.

Ok, this one takes the cake!

I wish I took a photo of this, because it absolutely blew my mind, but the weirdest thing I ever saw was someone at the pool of the resort she was actually staying at, with a refillable mug from the CURRENT YEAR.

I didn't think that was possible!

I saw a little girl peeing right out in the open at Blizzard Beach once. Right through her bathing suit. Her Dad didn't see what she was doing until the deed was done. She was little, so I gave her a pass.

I did not get this one.......

On a trip in Feb of 2014 my friend and I went on small world. We were in the very back of the boat with what looked like grandparents with their grandson. They had an accent I'm assuming from England. Anyway...The WHOLE ride the boy who was probably about 7 wanted the grandfather to take pictures of EVERYTHING. You will say "Steve, how is this a bad thing?" Good question, when the grandfather wouldn't take the photo he would cry and grab the camera and attempt to throw the camera into the water. I can see getting away with bad behavior for a minute or two, but this lasted the whole ride and the grandparents did nothing to stop it, all they did was giggle like it was cute. I've been stuck at the end of small world with the music looping for about 15 but this felt like the longest ride I've ever been on.

1 of the weirdest things that I heard on our last trip (Dec '14), was all the moms calling their kids. The reason why I thought it was weird was because it seemed EVERY boy there was either named Sam or Aiden. "Sam! Let's go." "Aiden... Don't touch that."

Lol--My disboards name is "momtoARQ". Guess what the "A" stands for!? My daughter's names are Rylee and Quinn in case you hear "Aiden, Rylee and Quinn, this way!" next March. Lol!

I can't remember a specific weird thing I've seen/heard, but just general things I've heard like "Let's go ask someone what these fast pass things are that people are talking about", etc. Just minimal research could change their entire Disney trip!

A couple of years ago we see a woman probably in her sixties in a shear black skirt with matching thong. She was with other people too, guess no one thought to bring this fact up in conversation.:rolleyes1

People are constantly trying to cheat by bringing older mugs, or trying to use them at resorts they aren't staying at.

And, moreover, that seems to be a very polarizing topic on these forums :)
