Weird question...need help...Santa Clause 2 movie line...

At the end....the toy Santa is dancing in a window. What does he say??

Is it
"Hey lady, have you ever seen a toy do this before?"

or
"Hey lady, what's the matter? Haven't you ever seen a toy do this before?"

DH is putting together our slide show from our last Disney trip and apparently he MUST know how this line goes. Something to do with the motion activated dancing Santa that we encountered in Adairsville, GA on the trip home.
