Weird PS experience

I tried to make a PS for my upcoming trip today. The call was answered, I asked for the meal, and then heard nothing for several minutes. Well, that's not exactly true, I could hear people laughing and talking in the background, and I think one of them was the gentleman who answered my call. I kept saying "hello?'' and could not get him back. I hung up and tried again, and got the very same man! I repeated my request, and once again, I waited several minutes, but nothing happened. it was very strange. I gave up trying after that. Did anyone else have trouble getting PS's today? Maybe it was a phone system problem.

I didn't have any problems when I called today.

Doesn't it sound like you may have called a wrong number twice? Perhaps someone with a # very close who is used to getting calls asking for CRT for 3 at 8am!

The first time I called yesterday I got routed thru a couple different CMs and got the impression that maybe the call had gone to the wrong dept. When I finally talked to someone in Dining she said their computers were down and to please call back in about 2 hours. I did and had no trouble the second time. Maybe what happened to you had something to do with the computer problems they were having.

I was calling the toll free Disney Travel Co #, and went through all the prompts, and got welcome to disney dining, this is Der-Mott, and told him what I wanted, and then it just sounded like he was laughing and joking with his friends in the background. I bit the bullet today and called the non-toll free Disney dining # and made my PS.

Wow, that is really sad. When I wrote a response I tried a couple of different ways to ask what happened which led to my ungrammatical question!

Even if the computers were overwhelmed Dermot should have had the common courtesy to tell you so.
