Can Disney Gift Cards be used to pay for parking costs at Disneyland?

I honestly don't know, but as they take credit cards now and any place in the parks that take credit cards also take the gift cards, my guess is maybe.

The Disney Gift Card can be accepted as payment for Parking at the Mickey and Friends parking structure. Resort Hotel and the Downtown Disney® parking lots do not accept the Disney Gift Card."
