Weird Junk Food Habits

Yup....eggs with grape jelly is good. So is ranch dressing on baked potatoes.

hmm..Oh...and ketchup on omelettes.

 Stitch....I do the rearranging of food often too. Everything has a systematic way of being made. Ex. When fixing a hotdog to eat....the bun must be warmed, then a layer of ketchup in the bottom of the bun...hotdog next...layer of ketchup again then a layer of mustard. Cannot eat the hotdog unless it has been fixed properly :o

I Love peanut butter and mustard sandwiches. It sounds so gross but if you try it once you will love it too. My Grandma use to eat an onion like you would eat an apple. I always thought that was so weird.

OK sticking with the junk food theme, DW learned to put Junior Mints on top of popcorn at the theater with the idea that they would melt over the popcorn:earseek: She thinks this is great.
This from a woman that won't even eat a sandwich because she doesn't like bread and meat mixed together:confused:

I like to freeze a lot of the candy bars I eat (mostly Snickers, Watchamacallits, Baby Ruth & 3 muskateers).

I was also introduced to Cheetos and Mayo... may sound disgusting but it's really good and I love it!

I love potato chips dipped in Ranch Dressing, and I normally do not care for ranch! Pretzels too!

Also, when I am not feeling well, I pour milk over jello. Don't ask me! My mom used to give it to me when I was sick; I guess it is a comfort thing!

ROFL, these are great.

As a kid I used to put potato chips in my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I never thought that was strange until someone pointed it out to me.

Also, as my tag used to say...I eat m&ms by color. :teeth:

I also love ranch on stuff - esp on tato chips, doritos, and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Peanut butter and cucumber sanwiches.

LOVE the fries and frosty thing- Geez I think thats where I need to go to eat tonight...

Ok, one post I getting real hungry..... and then the next I'm totally grossed out!!!! :tilt:

I eat all my chocolate stuff cold, donuts, candy bars, etc.

Love potato chips and chocolate Tandykakes... or anything chocolate.

Love ranch dressing on french fries.... actually ranch is good on just about anything!

I like cranberry orange relish on scrambled eggs or a chicken sandwich. Mayo is a must for French fries. The only way to eat pretzels is dipped in mooshed up ice cream.

I always like potato chips on a ham sandwich. From my dad I learned that peanut butter and butter is delicious.

Man this is making me hungry for my favorite 'junk food' sandwich, The Elvis. What is an Elvis you ask? An Elvis sandwich is peanut butter (preferably chunky) with mashed bananas and really super crisply fried bacon, the whole thing toasted in butter like a grilled cheese sandwich so the peanut butter melts a little bit and oozes into the bacon and mashed bananas. Fattening? Oh yeah. Delicious? You betcha!::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::

Okay until reading this post I thought some of the things I ate was normal. Where to start......

dipping fries in frosty's or any ice cream
dipping cheetos in mayo and ketchup
always putting potato chips in any sandwich
ranch on hamburgers, fries, pizza..pretty much everything
I love frozen girl scout cookies, thats the only way I will eat them
and my favorite thing to do is make a snack out of saltine crackers, dill pickles, and sliced american cheese..so good but everyone I know thinks I am just weird and disgusting eating that. It was some snack my sister and I made up when we were little and we just love it.

one thing my friend thinks is weird but I don't think so is I eat peanut butter on my French Toast and Strayberry Jelly on my pancakes. Thats the only way I will eat them.

Cheese melted on apple pie. My DH thinks I'm nuts.

My FIL put dips oreos in butter. He puts butter on everything even chocolate cake.

I swear there are times I can hear his arteries slamming shut.

Hhhhhmmm I guess I can think of only two:

Strawberry jelly on pancakes
Ritz crackers with cheese and pickles

Oohhh, one more I love bread, butter and cheese sandwiches.

I love to dip french fries into blue cheese dressing.

Also "squashed cheese sandwich". It's an art.

Toast the bread - butter the slices - spread dijon mustard or spicy brown mustard - layer a few cheese slices. Put all together - Now the important part - punch lightly with your fist - it has to be squashed. Now eat in a circle until you have a tiny circle left.

Wow I thought this was sort of normal until I actually read it - now I know I'm a card carrying wierdo!!!!!:jester:

I don't know if I have a "weird junk food habit" but I grew up with butter on all my sandwiches (ok, I can't believe it's not butter but you get the point) The bread, then margarine then the peanut butter and jelly...or ham and cheese, or whatever. That's the way my mom always made my sandwiches and how I eat them now. When someone sees me making a sandwich they ask me what I am doing. Am I so weird?!?

Latelyit's been peanut butter and pretzels, can't get enough!

Never thought this was "weird" until I was in college but I love to put slices of bananas on my PB&J sandwiches.

My best friend growing up was weird though. When she eats fries she only eats up to where her fingers are when she picks up the fry. Now normally she does pick it up at the end so she only "wastes" the tip, but she has grabbed fries in the middle and only eaten half.

My husband is another of those one thing at a time eaters. It drives me nuts especially with foods like stew and oriental foods that are all mixed up.

My wierdest is probably Dixie Loaf (a lunchmeat) and potato chip sandwiches.
I won't eat DIxie Loaf unless I have chips on it.

Toast with Velveeta cheese and raspberry jam.

piglet too,

Try spreading peanut butter on a warm tortilla, placing a banana on it, roling it up, and eating it like a hot dog. Yummy !
