Reporting Problems to VMK Staff

When you have a problem with something or someone in the game, make sure your report to us includes as many details as possible regarding the situation. Our staff wants to help you, but to do that, we need to understand the situation clearly and what you want to have resolved.

Having as much information as you can provide will help the staff take care of the issue quickly and effectively. Likewise, if we don't have all the information and have to go back and research what happened it will take us MUCH longer to answer you concern and fix the problem.

When you're reporting any problem, include the players name and location, the time and datehow do we do that in VMK speak??, and most importantly, clearly explain what happened. If you're telling us about a chat that took place or a ban inquiry, you can repeat the conversation or instance. Just be sure to include who said what (using a specific player name) - and before you get into talking about the actual chat make a note that you're about to relay a conversation that has already taken place.
Well i dont understand how to do the part in red with in game chat.....

They are talking about using the out of game contact us link- where there is not the same limitations

Probably a more effective place to report some of the "Bad" things in the game- someone using sexually explicit language, racial slurs, scamming, bullying those sorts of things that you can't convey in the in game report function

be nice if they removed the dictionary from the help part. I give up because its hard to explain "a player said bad title he very mean he ask try to #### and ##### during the pirates game he said ##### ##### ###########################"

ok not that dramatic but you get the picture :lmao:

I have tried to do this, and there is just no way to report because of the very limited VMK directionary. VMK, please stop requesting that we do things that you will not allow to us to do. It is just wrong.!!!!!!!!! All it does is create more anger issues.

I don't say the time in the report, but I've been putting in where lately. Hopefully, someone got banned. Their signature was saying they're a 7th or 8th grader-my guess 7th-I couldn't believe she had this in her signature:
"(Something Something Can't remember can't remember) I'm a Cheer Leader for my Middle School (Something else)" I told her "You know <person's title>, you're signature is wrong; person all info" She said "So what? What are you going to do?! Report to VMK Staff" I said "No, they will deal with it when it comes" (I really did report, but if I said I did I would of gotten banned)
