I don't see it as doing IT's job for them, but rather letting Disney know that the job isn't getting done.I'm already home. I'm gonna see if it happens again and if it does, I will inquire with the plaids in park to see if it's a new feature or a bug.

What I won't do is do Disney ITs job for them. They pay people to look for bugs in the software. That's not the guests responsibility. I'm not going to report something that could be a benefit to DAS holders...
