I know I know I am suppose to be on vacation. But I don't want to gain 8 lbs in one week...since I ve been losing about a pound a week...that'll be eight weeks of work down the drain!
Has anyone put together an eating plan....I.e. a list of restaurants with their least amount of point meals. I know I could do the research...I was just wondering if someone has done this already ..before I try to create it.

Don't be scared & have fun....you reallly do do MILES of walking in a day that you probably don't do at home...even standing all day is burning loads of calories. Hope you give an update!
