There are a number of companies that sell therapeutic and sensory items. One that comes to mind is therapro.com. You can do a search on weighted blankets and finds others as well.

Amazon has them. I just did a Google search and it brought up several companies.

When a weighted blanket was suggested for my youngest son's sleep issues, the pediatrician suggested getting a heavy waffle weave blanket and trying the first. We got it at Bed Bath and Beyond. It is the kind when you wash it it feels like a ton of bricks to get from the washer to the dryer lol

Can't help on where to buy one, but maybe look into making one? A co-worker just made one for her son-in-law.

If you can sew at all, OP, they are very very simple to make at a fraction of the cost.

Otherwise, lots of sellers on etsy custom make them.

I hadn't though of etsy. I'm hoping it will help with my anxiety. Not a big fan of taking meds unless it's an absolute neccessity.
