Anyone on WW when they cruised? I have been on it for 6 months and have been very successful.
I don't want to blow it in 3 days on the ship.
Sailing the Wonder, Sept 1st.
Also losing my mind that I will forget to do something, or bring something. the excitement is almost overwhelming. First Disney Cruise with kids.
I will also try to help if anyone has questions about WW.
Thanks

I also stayed clear of the rolls at dinner, only ate a portion of my entree, and ordered dessert but only tried a few bites (I didn't eat the entire dessert). I never felt deprived in any way, and always felt full after meals. Really, I even ate a chocolate souffle in Palo. Honest, the ice cream is just soft serve ice cream (not to get flamed here, but if you've had soft serve ice cream before... the stuff on
Try not to get hung up on worrying about "blowing it." You've been successful for 6 months, 3 days will not "undo" 6 months of perseverance.

When I was pregnant, I followed the diet, and it was so hard, because I am a SWEETS girl!!
(I even used to own a Sweet Shoppe!
) My WW leader said that I can still follow the Points plan even if I'm on the diabetic diet. I do know that I can not lose weight if I am not going to WW, for the support & accountability.
