Today, I start back on WW. I joined last fall and did OK for the short time I went. I have a bunch of their material so I am going to try it on my own--starting today!
I am planning on WDW in October and want to shed about 15 lbs. by then. (I'd like to lose between 20 and 25 total)
I am allowed 20 points a day and those can be used up rather quickly so what I here asking for is some ideas for breakfast.
I have never been a breakfast eater and when I do eat it, I like a breakfast like a character meal at WDW
I have been eating breakfast regularly for several years but choose to eat the wrong things (which is part of why I need to lose 20 lbs!)
So, help me if you will. I'm not a big fruit eater and don't like cottage cheese. I think I like everything else though...

My breakfasts usually consist of 1/2 a bagel, or 1/2 an english muffin, with ICBINB spray. Sometimes, I add 1/2 C egg beaters, scrambled of course. I also sometimes add some 1/2 or 1 pt fruit. 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, 1 C strawberries (w/splenda). Normally, nothing above 4 pts. total, not by design, just what I like to eat then.
Not sure if it works, it's kinda a plateau buster I guess.
