Does anyone remember a diet plan that was floating around the internet a few years ago.... it was (I believe) Weight Watchers related (but not endorsed) ??? Something about eating maximum points for a number of days and then minimal points for a number of days, in an effort to maximize weight loss and/or move from a plateau.
I have set a heavy goal for myself and despite eating well within my points range, I would like to help move my weight loss along a little faster (but wouldn't we all!!
) I've already started increasing my exercise and my next step will be to increase my water intake. But I was wondering about this other plan. Any experience???....................P
