I just signed up for Weight Watchers online. I want to know what has been your experience with WW, and how do you adhere to the points? Also what has been your weightloss with WW. My Dr. gave me an ultimatium today, and I realize it's time for a change!!!
 
I do WW online also. I have been on WW since early September and have lost almost 30 lbs with that program so far - I have about 30 more to go. For the first 2 months I was pretty strict about counting points and using about half of my flex points each week. The past few weeks however I have not been counting quite as closely but have still been losing weight. Hopefully that means I am learning to better and in healthier portions. There are several WISHers on WW, some going to meetings and others doing WW online or just following the program without being signed up.

I attend WW meetings, and am around week 8. So far, I've lost 17.4 with the program, but I have a weigh-in tonight too! :D I love the program, and find it very easy. I am not strict with it, and don't eat all of the dairy/fruits/veggies that they recommend. However, I am losing and doing what works best for me. This has to be a lifetime plan, and I'm trying to set myself up for success.

Hi there! I've been on the WW program for about 21 weeks now ... I go to the meetings and I think the program is fabulous! I've lost 22.5 lbs so far mostly because the program is so easy to follow and there aren't really any restrictions on what you can't eat. Right now, I'm on my third week of maintenance...

I pretty much stick to the points ... I eat 20-24 everyday but there are days that I go out to a restaurants or just want a treat... so for those days I use my Flexpoints. I usually try to use no more than 21 FP/week unless I really have to. I also earn points a couple of times a week by exercising.

I am on week eight with WW. So far I've lost 15.6 pounds. I have a LONG way to go yet. What I like about this program is the flexibility. Because I have a lot of weight to lose - I could really stand to lose another 80 pounds - I need a plan that I can stick to long term. On WW there are no "forbidden foods." You just have to watch portions and make trade-offs.

When you know you're going out to eat dinner, you eat a light breakfast & lunch. As far as eating out goes, the web site disneyfan551 mentioned is a great resource for restaurant food point values.
