Does anyone have info on points for food at WDW, specifically salads/counter service meals? How can I go about getting info to calculate points(calories/fat/fiber)? I'm planning on mostly salads with protein with an occasional chicken or veggie burger and fries(I know), Dole whip, etc with ice water or coffee. We're staying on property so it'll be all counter service or what I can pack in a suitcase.
Please don't tell me about what I'll burn off walking, I'm more concerned about what I can eat and stay within my point total. I just started.
TIA a lot.

I have never found any official nutrition information for Disney park food. I usually try to eat things that are easy to compare to other similar restaurants (like a cheeseburger, as opposed to some sort of fancy wrap with mystery ingredients). Otherwise, for things like salads, I eat the dressing on the side and try to estimate the ingredients - 6 ounces of chicken, quarter cup of cheese, etc. I always assume everything is full fat and try to guess over instead of under.

I believe you can google Dole Whip nutrition and find that. For packaged snack foods, like Mickey bars and stuff from the candy shop, it will be on the package.

I also like to have some splurges when I'm there, and just add them up as best as I can.

Oh, and I should have mentioned - on my first WDW trip when I was doing Weight Watchers, I stayed strictly within my 25 points a day and ended up feeling tired and light-headed. Make sure you estimate how many activity points you earn walking around and eat at least some. I found that eating about 5 extra points a day kept me feeling okay and I had a loss when I got home.
