seems a lot of you have 3-5 pound gains after WDW, but then quickly lose it. I agree that it's water weight, but I'm just surprised by it. My leader was talking about how we retain water when we first start to exercise because the muscles need it to repair themselves. Perhaps this is what's happening? I appreciate the heads up on that, as I won't freak out if I'm up a bit when we get back.
That and the fact that all the "naughty" food we are eating at Disney probably contains a lot more salt than we eat in our home cooked meals, and salt retains water bad!! Once you get home and start with less salt you should soon "dispose" of all thay extra water and shift some of the weight.
I used to run diet and exercise classes and its nice to drag the knowledge out of the crevices of my mind sometimes!!!
I leave for the airport in two hours!!!
