Hi Everyone!
Okay, I know we don't want to admit it, but the truth is that you've probably put on a pound or two (or more) during the 09/10 holiday season.
I know I've gained 10 lbs. since Thanksgiving, but it was definitely worth it.
A lot of people tend to put weight-loss on their list of New Year's resolutions; I definitely am. I'm just wondering what you plan on doing to lose those holiday pounds. We can all share tips and suggestions to start the year off happy and healthy.
Personally, I'm gonna try to get more exercise. I'm shooting for a high-impact, 1-hour workout, 3 or more times per week. I'm also cutting back on sweets, which is my weakness at this time of year.
What are your plans to drop a few pounds and get in shape for a fun, fantastic 2010?
Simon
