Okay lets see how where doing. Post your loss's toward your goal for Halloween. It would be great if you would post your loss/your goal so that we can watch you shirnk to your GOAL's for Halloween. Like -1.5/10. I'm gonna weight in on Saturday morning so i'll be sure to post be i leave town. Let's see how we are going. Have a great weight in everyone and remember to drink your water!

You guys will have wonderful loss's next weight in i just know it. Nicole with you starting your new plan and beastlover anytime you hold steady you'll be sure to have a whoosh next week so keep doing what your doing and stay on target and you'll be rewarded!
 

I am happy to just stay where I am right now!!!! Sunday is official WI so who knows!!!! But for now 0/11!!!
 
My normal weigh-in is on Monday but at this point there would be no difference, so I'm at 0/5. But, let's see what next week brings.
 
Tammy, I didn't put my pledge down on my post. I am pledging to lose 15 lbs. by Trick or Treat time. :O) I hope that you have a wonderful time with your family on your little vacation! Show off your new bod!! You deserve it!! 0/15 :p
 
I haven't weighed myself yet, so I have nothing to report. I just want to offer support to everyone who is doing this. We all will be smaller come Halloween!!!
 
I haven't weighed yet (Okay, so I peeked. But I'm not telling yet!) My first weigh in will be on Wednesday. Hopefully I'll have good news to report next week. Camping this weekend is going to be a challenge! Here's my stats 0/15
 
Guys this goes all the way thru next thrusday so remember you can still get int he negative when you weight in on your regular day! I'm so excited i weight in in the morning myself so i started my 14 lbs at 159 lets see if i make it to 145!
 
Before I post my weight in you guys have got to understand something. Here i'll show you what i've been going thru.

Weight on 10th-162.25
Weight on 17th-161
Weight on 23- 161
Weight on 30 155.5


Now i don't know why or can explain it. But i've "lost" 5.5 lbs in 6 days from last weight in. I started this challenge on Wenesday when i hit 159 so that's the weight for starting i'm using go give me -3.5/14. I'm sure my body will make me pay somehow. But it's been so much fun watching my weight drop all week after three weeks of nearly nothing oh nothing but EXERCISE!!!!!!!!! I guess i got my WHOOSH. Ya'll ain't gonna believe what a difference those last five lbs have done to my last lonely fat "roll". It's really all but gone when i button my jeans there's maybe a smigdin left but NOTHING like what i started with. I may have to gross ya'll out and show ya'll. I can't believe the difference myself this 5 lbs has made which i'm sure the exercise helps too. Have a great week everyone i'm beachin................Daytona Here we come!
 
I normally weigh in on Monday's, but this coming Monday I am out of town. I won't get to WI again until the following Monday. Hopefully I will show a great loss for the two weeks!!!

I weighed in this morning and I lost 2.5! I started exercising this week so I wasn't sure I would show one at all so I am VERY happy!

Well I wish I could report that Ilost but I have stayed exactly the same! Now if I would of used my weight from yesterday I wouldof been down a pound but today is my oficial day and I am back up, I am thinking it must be good old tom deciding to pay me a visit, sure wish he would lose my address!

I started a little late and am down ½pound. 14½ to go! lol
 
I was down about 1/2 pound...I'm building muscle from exercise I guess!

Well today is my official weigh-day. I'm at -3/5 so I'm well on my way. I just started low-carb and that's mostly water weight. The rest will come off more slowly but that's ok. Seeing 3 lbs gone is very motivating!!
 
Today was my weigh-in ... I'm down a half pound. So for this challenge, that puts me at .5/10

My weigh-in is on Saturdays. I've been exercising daily with WATP tapes and it's going to help me make my goal--I hope!
I weigh 221 lbs, so, down 1 pound...

My official WI today, for the Labor Day goal and whoosh!! 2 pounds gone!! That gives me 2/12!! 2 more and halfway there, and then 8 left for Operation Trick or Treat!!

Looks like we'll all be getting Treats instead of Tricks!!
