I worried about the weight gain as well. Since I anticipate gaining weight while on the cruise, I have started a weight loss program prior to the cruise. This way I will weigh the same, if not less, after the cruise. Since I started I have lost nine pounds in two months. We are about a month away from our cruise, I will be turning up the heat on exercising in the coming weeks. Up until now I have just cut down on the fatty food.
