I don't want to know how much weight I've gained......although I have to admit that I agree with the walking part making up for all the 'all you can eat'.
I hate American chocolate as well so I think that 'helps' me from puttng on too much.
Sorry folks, I'm another one that didn't put on the weight either - I'm just not used to the huge portions and have tried the "all you can eat buffets" but have ended up just eating the same as at home.....any way a good tip is to step up that keep fit at least 6 months before your visit, increase your motabilsm and then eating what you like combined with all that walking shouldn't be a problem..........by the way though, if I had eaten more of the mini orials from walmarts, that I did keep snacking on in queues, there may have been a weight problem!.
I always diet before going so that I can put on half a stone without having to worry! Last time we went in 2000 I gained four stones (well I did come back pregnant!!)
