Weigh Watchers

My DD (14) is really unhappy with her weight. I have tried to reassure her and suggest excersise and healthy eating, but it is not helping and she is dreading summer. I know from close friends that weight watchers is a great program and am wondering if she would be allowed to join. Or is there another program that would be better?

Yes, teens are welcome at Weight Watchers.
