I am not talking about 9 am verses 4 pm. I weight myself just about every day first thing in the morning, naked, after going to the bathroom. From one day to the next you would think it would be pretty consistent, but it is not by a long haul.
For example yesterday I got up at 8 am and weighed myself and I was down 4.2 for the week. This morning I got up at 4 am and weighed myself and I was only down 2 lbs. I was right in my calories yesterday (and all week for that matter) and I walked 5 miles yesterday, so i really think ti was the time I weighed myself that made the difference.
This is not the first time I have noticed this either. A few weeks ago, I got up at 4 am, weighed myself, decided to be lazy and bail on pilates class and went back to bed. When I got up the second time I was almost over a pound less than just two hours before!
