I have never used wegoshop.com before, but I chose them because they will buy what I want and I don't have to go off of a pre-determined list.

I have a few questions that I am having a problem finding the answers to.

1) How does it work when you check that you will be paying by credit card?

2) Do you have to be at the resort at the time of delivery or will they leave it with Bell Services?

Thanks!

they will leave it - but I like to be there - to put everything away. To make sure what I order is what I got and nothing extra - or the other way and nothing less.

don't know about the credit card.

I had mine left with Bell Services and picked it up when we went back to the resort for lunch. Everything was fine.

As far as the credit card, I know they charge you an extra % for it. Maybe 3%? I had it charged to my room so that way I could use my Disney Gift Card I earned from Sunshine Rewards to pay for them. Worked out great!

I used WeGoShop and had them drop my groceries off when I was not there. I gave them my credit card over the phone in advance. They left me receipts so I know they did not over charge me. I remember that they added the delivery charge and a tip to my credit card above the price of the groceries.

How did you have it charged to your room?

I believe it's called "paid out". When you check in to your hotel, tell them that you are having groceries delivered and you want it paid out. Wegoshop needs to know that too and then you should be all set.

:thumbsup2 Marge at wegoshop is a true throwback to when businesses tried to earn your loyalty through great customer service. She will go out of her way for you. Simply outstanding.

Does anyone know if you have to be there if liquor/beer is included in your delivery?

What is the cost for this service? We usually stop off on the way in and pick things up; but, I have been considering using something like this if it is relatively inexpensive to save time.

How does this compare to Gardengrocer.com ?

Thanks!

We've tried both Gardengrocer and Wegoshop.

For us, Wegoshop was better in terms of flexibility, cost, and customer service.

Garden grocer came through with the order, but never responded when we had inquiries about adding stuff that was off their standard list. :furious: (They added the items for us, but they never answered our query, so we were in the dark as to whether or not we would have the wine we requested with our order.)

Wegoshop charges a little bit more for the shopping service, but unlike Garden Grocer, they don't mark up the merchandise and you can choose the store they use.

With the higher shopping fee, Wegoshop saved us money. Also, Marge was very, very, nice. ::yes::

we used WeGoShop and they were very prompt.

I cannot say anything bad about them all.

Lately, we have not been buying as many groceries and just get them through DVC.

For small orders it all comes out close to the same.

Grocery total up to $100.00 = $17.00 shop & delivery fee

Grocery total between $100.00 - $200.00 = $22.00 shop & delivery fee

Grocery total between $200.00 - $300.00 = $32.00 shop & delivery fee

Grocery total over $300.00 = 12% of grocery total shop & delivery fee
