We are 3 weeks away from our trip and are thinking of using the shopping service. Do I call them first? How far away do you fax them? Any info would be great!

We used them on October 20th. Becca, the owner, was great. I e-mailed my order information over a month before we left and then contacted them a day or two before our trip to make certain that everything was set. Have a great trip.

We used them in September. I emailed the order probably 2 weeks prior to arrival. It was in the heat of all the hurricanes, so I was no counting on anything. They came through great with everything, on time as scheduled.
