HI Everyone...

We are very excited. We leave this wednesday. This is the 1st time we will be using our DVC . I wanted to try the we go shop for groceries.
Can anyone tell me if they have used them before?? Does anyone know what grocery store they use?

When they deliver, do they deliver to the hotel front desk, conceriege??

My understanding is that they have it set up with the hotels so that the deliveries are received and held by the bell staff, and also so that the items that need to be chilled are held by room service in the hotel refrigerators.

The pp is correct, they leave the food w/bell services. They have a refrigerator to keep everything cold until you arrive and check in.

I don't know if you'll be able to order from wegoshop this close to your trip though. They usually require more advance notice and will stop taking orders at a certan point because they are 'at capacity' for deliveries for any given date. I'm probably explaining that poorly but I hope it makes sense. I guess, just don't be terribly surprised if you contact them and are told "sorry, we're not taking any more orders for the time you've requested".

If you'll have a car you can consider driving to a local store to pick up some food. We like the Publix near the Orlando Premium Outlet mall.

We've used them the last two trips to Disney. You email them your grocery list, sizes, quanities, specific brands you want or store you use, etc,. When you arrive at the resort, call them, and set up a time for them to deliver to your room. They've been on time always, and are very good about buying exactly what we wanted. They are good and reliable.

We're already starting to make out the Christmas grocery list, all 10 of our family are going this time. It's going to be larger then normal!
