If only the CA monorails had A/C... riding them in August last year was miserable, they were incredibly hot. On the plus side, the windows go down so you can take photos without shooting through glass. I don't think the updated monorails have A/C but I could be mistaken?

I think it was just slide down windows on the old one's....and then NO A/C OR windows that open on the new ones! Talk about a huge boo boo!!!! They were only able to operate them in cooler temps in the morning and evenings. My understanding is that they've realized they need to fix that and are adding either A/C or changing the windows but I don't recall which. Cooking the guests wasn't turning out so well! I like the open windows and hope they do that again.

Not my shot, but that has to be from the top of the CR. You can only go up there now if you are eating at the California Grill, but it used to be open to anyone. An alternative is the outside stairwell.
