Weekday select in a package?

My mother is a FL resident and will be staying with my kids and I for 4 (weekday) nights. She can get them weekday select passes and book the room as a FL resident. I will be buying a non-Florida 4-day ticket separately. Should I:
A- book a room only with a FL resident deal and buy weekday select passes in wdw
B- book a package with FL resident 4-day tickets and upgrade when we're there
or (if possible)
C- book a Florida resident package with weekday select passes?

I don't want to buy them earlier than necessary if the 'clock' starts as soon as I purchase them. We're not doing the dining plan and are mostly interested in the DisneyQuest benefits of the MYW package. When I try to put the annual passes in my cart online they show up as "other items" and not part of a package. TIA!

I don't know when you're going, but if before June, there is a fl resident 4 day pass special right now for about $150. if you wont be using the weekday selects again, this would be a cheaper option.
on the booking thing, I think booking the florida resident hotel and adding the passes would be the best.

I have never seen a Weekday select pass offered as part of a package. I have never booked a package, but I believe that to book a package, all occupants of the room have to purchase the same type of tickets.

You didn't say when you are going. You have to be very careful with the Weekday select passes, as far as the block-out dates. I have one, so I know that most of June, all of July and the first part of August are blocked-out. Also days and weeks around holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas are blocked-out.

Weekday Select is a form of Annual Pass. Disney does not have any packages where any AP is the purchased ticket. Also packages with Resident Tickets are not available. All Resident tickets must be activated in person at any Park Ticket or Guest Relations window.
