Weekday RV Storage allowed in Overflow Lot ??

When we were there last December there was a huge, custom MH with a snazzy paint job and matching enclosed car trailer that was parked for more than a week (was it 2?) It appeared to be all closed up and was parked way out on the outskirts of the lot by the road. No possibly way Disney security could not have noticed it was there for so long, so obviously they somehow had permission to be there.
