Weekday April Fireworks?

From past experience can anyone say if the fireworks and parades will be running mid week in April (25, 26, & 27)? The schedule isn't up at the site yet. I need to rework things if not. I've got to see the fireworks!!!

I would expect only on weekends will they have fireworks and parades.

Really? Only on weekends? I guess I find this hard to believe in April...aren't crowds picking up then especially with spring breaks? We are tenitively going April 18th-26th and I'd hate to think going this "early" we are going to miss out on things.

DL has an agrement with the city of Anaheim not to have weekday fireworks during the school year except on breaks and holiday periods (which is funny to me as Anaheim is a year-round district). Most spring breaks and I guessing what DL will consider to be spring break is probably in the first part of April (they usually pick the week before and after Easter--not sure when it is this year, but I'm guessing early April).

Didn't know that! Makes sense now why they didn't have fireworks when we went! We were there those dates 2005, and no fireworks during the week - sorry - no Fantasmic or Electric Parade, either......

When we went in May '04 they had them on the weekends only. Except the first night we got there, we were in our hotel (Park Inn) and we hear noise. We look out at DL, and there was fireworks going on! On a wednesday! They were not on the schedule, so I don't know why they were on!

You were probably seeing the Grad Night fireworks( many nights in May) - no fair, eh? It's nice to see them from outside the park - but can't watch them from in the park unless you're a grad.

I think many schools schedule Spring break in March, and not around Easter. Ours is the last week in March.
