Week of November 27th??

Anybody having any luck w/ rental cars for this time period? I can't get anything within reason..Should I wait and book closer to our time? Thanks

Count us(dh & me) in too AKL Nov 30 - Dec 4. Usually go a week later but am sick of missing cirque so we are pushing it up a week-love this time of year. I booked air & car thru disney and got a great rate on both.

So far I haven't been able to get a good deal on the car! I'm going to keep trying but I will definately book by the end of May because then the big travel season begins and I think being it's the weekend of Thanksgiving the prices may stay a bit on the high side. Let's keep our fingers crossed

That is my favorite week to go. I am also leaving on the 27th. I'll be staying at one of the DVC resorts. I love to go this time of year-it's all decorated for Christmas, just beautiful. And my birthday is the 30th, so I'll be partying that day!

I am new to the DISboards. The information on the DIS is great!! We (Me, DH, and 2 DD (6 & 3) will be staying at the ASMo from 11/28 thru 12/3. I have requested a Dalmation building. This will be first Disney trip for DD 3. We are planning to go to MVMCP on Tuesday 11/29 and hopefully get ressies at LTT. Still waiting on Southwest to come out with Nov/Dec dates.

Welcome! I'm fairly new too and your plans are almost mirroring ours. We will do the MVMCP on 11/29 with DS 5.5 and DD 2.5 (age they will be then). We won't be at ASMo but maybe we'll see you at the party.

I'm also waiting for the Southwest rates. I need to purchase my air in June (financial reason) so I'm hoping they will be out then!

I needed to make a change to my existing plan last week that I originally made in Jan/Feb. ($150 from the disney car care center for 1 week, mid size)
1st I tried to make another one while keeping my old one, but the price was more than double($350). Luckily I was able to change my existing one and keep the same price.

Check the codes board and do periodic searches on "rental"
