Have a 5 year old and 3 year old. Will be in Disneyworld this week the 5 of us with baby # 3 on the way
who will be 8 weeks. Any pointers.?????

Following, as we will be there the following week with our 10 and 8 year olds ( their 6th trip) but also our infant son who will be 14 weeks at the time of our trip. ( his 1st trip).

I can tell you that the end of April is our favorite time to go. Crowds and weather are good.

Will be there the week before you with a 4 year old, 3 year old, and 9 month old. This is our third trip, going to be crazy...

Pointers? BE FLEXIBLE!! Go with the idea that you may not get everything done and that's ok. We will be there the 17th-30th with a 13yo, 12yo, 10yo, 9 yo, 7yo, 5yo, 2yo, and a 6 month old. Our 4th trip with kiddos and we were there around the same time in 2013. Nice weather and decent crowds. We've found that staying longer helps us to relax, we'll go to an ADR before the park opens then stay until we feel like heading back to the house/resort and then come back for evening shows...etc. We avoid the hottest and busiest part of the day this way and the little ones can get some naps/relaxation time. We take it easy and make sure we aren't pushing too hard.

Dark rides/shows are great for nursing or feeding the baby...my wife likes the people mover, COP, and HOP for this

We use a stroller and an ERGO carrier

I have a Moby wrap and Ergo carrier. I get hot using the Moby so thinking it will be even worse in FL.

Do you find the Ergo to be hot??

If you have yet to try a ring sling, they are amazing. I used it almost exclusively from birth to 10 months after experimenting with a k'tan, woven, and boba 4g. I used the simple linen Sakura Bloom and it was my favorite carrier up until about 20 pounds - so easy to nurse with and to pop Mr. Littles in and out of. I managed a lot of long days touring the zoo with it mid-summer and never felt too hot. Now that he is bigger and able to be carried on the back, I prefer the boba4g.

Plan on taking lots of breaks....it will be busy, still spring breaks going on then. Also, prepare for any kind of weather in April. Last year we were at Fort Wilderness that same week, there were days in the low 80's and then rainy days in the 50's also.

We have both, my wife wears them primarily but I would suspect the Moby to be much hotter since it's wrapped completely around you while the Ergo is more like a backpack in the front or back. The little snapping hood is nice for sleeping babes and the sun as well. The two of you being together will generate some heat though...there's no way around that.
