We are thinking of heading to Disney the Sunday to Saturday before Thanksgiving next year. Has anyone been that time of year? How are the crowds and are there any decorations up yet? Thanks!:)

I went at that time last year and found the crowds to be very manageable. We went to MK twice but only on MVMCP days, we had low waits for most rides. If you go on non party days it will be much more crowded. We also did rope drop at all of the parks. MK was decorated for Christmas and the Osborne Lights at HS were also up. The temps for most days were high 70s with 2 days that were quite cold. Needed pants and jackets. Have a great time!

We will be going at that time in 2014. I have never been in November but I have heard that the highs are usually in the 70s. It could possibly get a little cool when the sun goes down. It is probably considered jeans and jacket weather.

I have heard that the crowds are not bad prior to Thanksgiving week. But the parks start to get busier once the Saturday before Thanksgiving rolls around and they stay pretty busy until after Thanksgiving day.

We went the Saturday after thanksgiving last year. The first few days till Monday crowds were manageable, still people around from thanksgiving but after Monday it was nice! Weather was good, capris and t shirt during the day with a sweatshirt in the morning, evenings jeans & a sweatshirt or light jacket, however there was 1-2 nights that I had my kids in winter hats with a blanket wrapped around my youngest cause it was pretty chilly.

We have done it twice already and are going again that week this year!! It is a great week...crowds are not bad..weather is beautiful...high 70's-80 and little cooler at night. Being a NY'er we are able to swim during the day!! We are in shorts and put a sweatshirt on at night. It's only in the 60's here during the day and my kids are still wearing shorts! Great time of the year to go!!
