week before Thanksgiving

Does anyone know what the crowds are like the week before Thanksgiving? compared to say the week after. Airfares just got super cheap so now having to rethink our timing.

I saw it somewhere, but when again does the Christmas decorations expected to be completed? And I swear I saw something about POC or matterhorn or one of the big rides being down until Nov. something, but I can remember what it was and can't find it.

You should check out the Disneyland at Christmas Time Superthread and it will give you all the information about the Holiday season at the DLR.

The week before Thanksgiving week (11/14 to 11/20 this year) should be one of the least busiest times at the DLR during the Holiday season.

The Holiday season at the DLR starts on November 14th on a Monday. That is the official start date of the Holiday season which will include Believe...In Holiday Magic fireworks, A Christmas Fantasy parade, snow on MS, Santa's Reindeer Round-Up, etc. DL will all be fully decorated on the start date. We don't know what DCA decorations will be like this year since the construction is still going on. The DLR hotels will be fully decorated after Thanksgiving.

PoTC will be down for refurbistment till November 23.
