Week before Easter?

I know that Easter weekend is crazy. We were there one year and I said never again!! Well now our school district has changed our spring break to the week preceding Easter. Does anyone know when the big crowds start to arrive? Our only other option is around Presidents Day but our trip would have to be 1-2 days shorter.
Which would you pick? Or any advice?

We went the Monday before Easter this year. It was busy but I didn't think it was terrible. Now we had an 18 month old and I was pregnant so we just did baby rides.

If you are talking about the week of March 30th, then the crowds will be extremely high. That's when the Los Angeles Unified schools are on Spring Break, so I imagine it will be the busiest week of Spring Break season.

I was wondering about this week, too. We decided not to go this month and go sometime in the spring/early summer.
